Tabitha is knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and confident. We had considerable complexities with our deal and Tabitha helped us stay calm and on track, managing sometimes difficult negotiations like the pro that she is. We knew she had our back. She gave us the space to make decisions and respected those decisions; when we asked for her help and professional opinion she offered it, and we appreciated the advice. She advocated for our side of the deal and answered all of our questions, no matter how minor. (We had not bought a house in 16 years and we needed some hand-holding since much has changed!) She was available when we needed her – sometimes late into the evening - and always responded promptly. If she was with another client, she let us know she received our message and would get back when she was available – and she did!
Tabitha treated us like family and we feel lucky to have had her on our side! We know she had other clients but she always let us know she was there for us and made us feel like her most important client – because she’s excellent.
